Serenbe is an award winning biophilic community born with the vision to protect the beautiful rural land just outside of Atlanta known as Chattahoochee Hill Country. This is created by Founders Steve Nygren and Marie Lupo Nygren. Tucked into Georgia’s remote Chattahoochee Hills, a mere 30 miles from one of America’s biggest urban centers, is Serenbe a 750-resident, 1,400-acre “agrihood” founded in the early 2000s. Poised as a premium-living paradise in its own literature, it allows residents to connect with nature while surrounded by award-winning architecture.
Serenbe’s natural assets are availability of fresh food, with a 25-acre organic farm, seasonal Saturday Farmer’s Market and edible landscaping, including blueberry bushes along paths and sidewalks. Serenbe is different with as Its guiding principles are sustainability, wellness, and land conservation. It’s more like a vibrant city neighborhood plopped into an idyllic natural setting. Serenbe Farms and its extensive nature trails are at the center of health and wellbeing. Through their three farm-to-table restaurants, local CSA (community supported agriculture) program and weekly farmer’s market, our residents enjoy the freshest produce and world-class culinary experiences.
